Egg casserole

I made egg casserole for this morning’s “chew and chat” (fellowship time). It’s a great recipe for making the night before, sticking in the fridge, and baking right before breakfast.
9×13 inch pan, greased, oven to 350.

4-5 slices of bread (I used store-bought whole wheat), arranged on bottom of pan

Fellowship time

One project of my ministry formation is coordinating a fellowship time on Sunday mornings. Greeter gathering

In September, a wonderful group of folks from the Richmond Church of the Brethren gathered to brainstorm about greeting. While the congregation is warm and gregarious, we have no official greeters on Sunday mornings, and sometimes visitors slip through the cracks.
