I made egg casserole for this morning’s “chew and chat” (fellowship time). It’s a great recipe for making the night before, sticking in the fridge, and baking right before breakfast.
9×13 inch pan, greased, oven to 350.

One simple way for to raise your guests’ anxiety is to give them no place to put their coats! We have a goal in our house of having at least two hooks on our coat rack (the two closest to the door) clear all the time so that guests can easily hang their coats.

One project of my ministry formation is coordinating a fellowship time on Sunday mornings. Tonight we gathered in Orchard Room at Earlham College for the toughest 100 mile radius potluck yet!
We ate very well, with turkey, newspaper-ripened tomatoes, homemade pasta, Japanese omelets, squash bread, chai and so much more!
