- The Omnivore’s Dilemma by Michael Pollan
A food and nutrition book that I highly recommend is Sally Fallon’s Nourishing Traditions. I think it is one of the best food and nutrition books ever written. I personally know of many people whose food preparation and consumption habits have changed drastically for the better after reading her book. It is a constant reference for us, plus we plan to build an enterprise around some of the ideas she offers. I know of half a dozen other entrepreneurs basing businesses on food ideas from Sally Fallon as well.
