I made this soup for company a couple months ago, hoping that the lack of discernable vegetables and sweet flavor would appeal to the kids there.
It didn’t really work, since I told everyone what was in it:-)
But I liked it, and recommend it as a light, healthfully creamy soup.

Dinner with the Ellers and Dershems was at the Dershems’ house because our house has several steps, and is not fully accessible. “Hosting” dinner at someone else’s house was a fairly foreign experience, but Dershems were very welcoming and happy to help!

The Ottoni Wilhelms are wonderful dinner guests. We enjoyed a fairly quick dinner on a busy evening, learning more about each other and laughing.

My first dinner for Richmond CoB folks was a simple delight. Nancy Faus & Tom Mullen and Janelle & Jon Flory Schrock were gracious dinner guests, and hearing about marriage from near-newlyweds and true pros was quite meaningful. We had Indian food, and I am grateful for any opportunity to cook with cumin.
