I made egg casserole for this morning’s “chew and chat” (fellowship time). It’s a great recipe for making the night before, sticking in the fridge, and baking right before breakfast.
9×13 inch pan, greased, oven to 350.
4-5 slices of bread (I used store-bought whole wheat), arranged on bottom of pan

Chris and I arrive with a trunk full of card tables, signs, food and extra dishes and frantically start to set up (we’re late, as usual!). Aaron and Sullivan are already there, and Aaron watches Sullivan go up and down the slide, over and over, and shows us his homemade ginger ale.
